Description
It is the cement-based, high-performance, single-component, easy
processed, flexible and antibacterial silicone joint filling mortar that
forms a smooth surface and used in 3-6 mm joints.
Application Areas
It is used for filling the joint gaps up to 6 mm of granite, ceramic, tile,
marble, stone and similar coating materials on the horizontal and
vertical surfaces in indoors (bathroom, toilet, kitchen, sauna, surgery
rooms, restaurants and all food industry) and outdoors (pool).

Implementation
1.8 to 2 liters of water per 5 kg of SeramikaJointAntibactérien shall
be mixed thoroughly with preferably a low-speed mixer or trowel
until getting a lump-free homogenous mixture. After the joint
filling mortar is allowed to stand for 5 minutes, it should be mixed
again for 1 to 2 minutes before the application. The mortar shall be
filled in the joint gaps with the hard rubber squeegee or the hard
rubber base grouting spreading trowel. In order to fill the gaps
well, the mortar should be trowelled previously parallel and then
cross to the joints. The excess amount of the mortar on the surface
shall be peeled off with a soft tipped spatula or moistened
sponge-tipped spatula. After waiting for 15 to 30 minutes depending
on ambient temperature the thin layer of grout that may remain
on the surface must be cleaned thoroughly by wiping with a damp
sponge. Surface smoothing and cleaning process should be done
with a dry cloth when the grouting mortar is wet.
