Description:

Cement based, easily applied surface smoothing and finishing plaster. It allows smoothing and finishing of substrates with thicknesses up to 3 mm. It is particularly suitable for preparing the substrate for paint coatings which contains polymer additives.

Uses:

·         Indoor and outdoor

·         It can be covered or coated with any kind of material which adheres on cement based surface.

·         Prior to painting, ceramic covering and isolation in order to have a flat and sound surface. It is suitable for static (stable) cracks of up to 3 mm

·         Repairing concrete and prefabricated concrete elements

·         Restorations

·         Smoothing and repairing wall and ceiling plaster

Application:

The substrate must be clean in order to ensure the plaster bonds properly. The application surface must be clear of materials which prevent bonding, such as dust, oil, paint, curing agents, detergents, mold release oils and silicone

Ensure that substrate is mature, stable and smooth, and not too dry or wet.

25 kg of SATIN-FIX MORTIER is added to approximately 9-10 liters of clean water and mixed by a mixer with low speed or with a trowel provided to ensure there are no lumps

Prepared mortar should be left to mature for 5 - 10 minutes, then be mixed again before use

The mortar must be used in 30 minutes

The repair mortar is applied to the broken, cracked and fractured areas on the surface with a trowel

It can be applied in a thickness range of 0 - 3 mm

It is recommended that the surface is moisturized for 24 hours with regular periods following the application

Packaging and Storage:

Craft sacks of 25 kg (64 sacks / 1600 kg on a pallet). Unopened packages can be stored in dry environments for up to 12 months.
